Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Overview

Welcome to TacPrints.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.tacprints.com.au, including purchases made through our online store.

TacPrints is an Australian-owned and operated business trading under the registered business name TACPRINTS (ABN 96 279 384 754).

Throughout these Terms, “TacPrints”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this business. “You” and “your” refer to customers and website visitors.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced within them.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement prevails.

2. Website Use and Customer Accounts

You agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate, current and complete information when placing orders or creating customer accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access.

Customers under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases.

We may take reasonable steps to restrict access where necessary to protect website security, prevent fraud or respond to unlawful activities.

We will not unreasonably restrict access to customer information or remedies relating to existing purchases.

3. Products and Descriptions

TacPrints aims to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, sizing, materials, finishes and product images.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and designs accurately. However, appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and ordinary manufacturing tolerances.

Any material differences from an advertised description remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees.

Product dimensions and specifications are stated on the relevant product pages.

Claims concerning waterproofing, weather resistance, UV resistance, outdoor suitability, adhesive performance and durability apply only where expressly stated and supported by the relevant product specifications.

We may introduce, modify or discontinue products without notice. Changes will not alter an accepted order without an appropriate agreement or legal basis.

We do not guarantee indefinite stock availability.

All products are supplied subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

4. Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and delivery charges displayed during checkout.

After successful checkout, you will ordinarily receive an order confirmation by email.

We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, a material pricing error or other legitimate operational circumstances.

Where we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.

We will not substitute materially different products without your agreement.

Customers are responsible for checking product selections, quantities and delivery information before submitting an order.

If you require an amendment or cancellation, please contact us promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before dispatch, although changes may not always be possible once processing has commenced.

Nothing in this section restricts statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

5. Prices, GST and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

TacPrints is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). Accordingly, GST is not charged on our sales while this registration status remains unchanged.

Displayed product prices include applicable mandatory charges that must be included under Australian law. Any separately payable delivery charges will be clearly disclosed before an order is finalised.

Additional optional services, where offered, will be identified before purchase.

We may update product prices, discounts and promotional offers for future orders.

Price changes do not retrospectively apply to accepted purchases.

Promotions may be subject to reasonable eligibility requirements, expiry dates or stock availability, as disclosed with the relevant offer.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. Any correction affecting an order will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout and may be handled by secure third-party payment providers.

We do not impose payment surcharges prohibited by Australian law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

TacPrints delivers to eligible addresses using the shipping services available at checkout.

Shipping methods, prices and available destinations are displayed before payment.

Orders are processed in accordance with the dispatch information published in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, postal network conditions, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control.

Where express delivery is available, it relates to the selected delivery service and does not automatically reduce order-processing time.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you discover an address error, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us with your order information.

We will investigate delivery issues and provide remedies where required under Australian law.

Handing an order to a postal carrier does not remove any responsibility TacPrints has under applicable consumer law.

Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose where applicable, and correspondence with their descriptions.

If a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

For a major failure, customers may be entitled to reject the product and choose between a refund and replacement, subject to applicable law.

For problems that do not amount to a major failure, the business may have an opportunity to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable timeframe.

TacPrints does not impose arbitrary deadlines that remove statutory rights to remedies for faulty products.

Any discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind are governed by our published Refund Policy.

Change-of-mind arrangements do not restrict statutory consumer guarantees.

Customers who receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product should contact us with their order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may assist with assessing a claim but will not be unreasonably required where unnecessary or impractical.

Reasonable return shipping costs and other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

For further information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Sticker Application, Use and Care

Stickers should be applied and maintained in accordance with the instructions and specifications provided for the relevant product.

Before application, customers should consider surface condition, cleanliness, material compatibility and the intended environment.

Adhesion, removal characteristics, appearance and longevity may vary depending on the product, surface preparation, installation and exposure conditions.

Customers should not assume that every TacPrints sticker is suitable for vehicles, painted surfaces, electronic devices, outdoor exposure or other specialised applications unless the relevant product is represented as suitable for that purpose.

Where damage or poor performance results solely from misuse or application contrary to reasonable instructions, that circumstance may be relevant to the remedies available.

Nothing in this section excludes a customer’s rights where a product is defective, fails to meet its description or is not fit for a purpose made known to TacPrints.

9. Intellectual Property

The TacPrints name, branding, website content, product illustrations, graphics, photographs, text and other creative materials may be protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights belong to their respective lawful owners.

Where TacPrints owns or has permission to use protected material, unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial distribution or exploitation may infringe those rights.

Purchasing a physical sticker does not, by itself, transfer any underlying intellectual property rights to the customer.

Customers may use purchased stickers for their intended purposes, subject to applicable law and any clearly disclosed product-specific conditions.

References to third-party names, trade marks, logos or other protected material do not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive ownership of material in which TacPrints does not hold the relevant rights.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website uses Shopify and may integrate services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery providers and website functionality providers.

Some services may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices.

TacPrints is not responsible for the independent content or operation of third-party websites outside our control, except where responsibility arises under applicable law.

The use of a third-party service provider does not exclude TacPrints’ legal obligations concerning products sold through our store.

11. Relationship with Shopify

TacPrints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with TacPrints. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and TacPrints, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with TacPrints.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

TacPrints handles customer and website visitor information in accordance with its published Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Information collected may include customer contact details, order information, delivery information and other information necessary to operate our online store.

Our e-commerce platform and authorised service providers may process information as described in the applicable privacy policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information, relevant disclosures, available privacy choices and methods for contacting us about privacy concerns.

Please review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

13. Customer Reviews and Feedback

We welcome genuine customer reviews, comments and suggestions.

By voluntarily submitting material for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

Where you submit a review for publication, you grant TacPrints a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce that review in connection with our website, products and business, subject to applicable law.

You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in your original content.

We may moderate reviews to address unlawful content, spam, threats, abuse or other legitimate concerns.

We will not knowingly alter genuine customer reviews in a way that misrepresents customer experiences.

Private correspondence will not be used publicly for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes.

Prohibited conduct includes:

* Attempting unauthorised access to website accounts or systems.
* Introducing malware or intentionally disrupting website functionality.
* Providing fraudulent payment or identity information.
* Impersonating another person or business.
* Harassing or threatening others through our services.
* Infringing intellectual property rights.
* Conducting automated activities that unlawfully interfere with website security or materially disrupt our services.

We may take reasonable and proportionate steps to investigate and prevent misuse.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful consumer complaints, legitimate reviews or the exercise of legal rights.

15. Website Availability and Errors

We aim to maintain an accurate, functional and secure online store.

However, temporary interruptions, maintenance requirements, technical problems or genuine content errors may occur.

Where reasonable, we will correct identified errors and provide relevant information to affected customers.

We do not promise uninterrupted access to the website.

Website interruptions do not remove any obligations or customer remedies that apply to accepted orders or under Australian law.

16. Liability and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by law, TacPrints is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by a customer’s independent misuse of a product or service.

Any assessment of liability will consider applicable legislation, the circumstances of the loss and the responsibilities of the parties involved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In particular, nothing restricts rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable.

17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about a product, delivery or other aspect of your experience, please contact TacPrints using the details below.

We will make reasonable efforts to review complaints promptly, communicate clearly and work towards a fair resolution.

Customers may seek assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities, courts or tribunals where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms requires customers to surrender statutory rights or prevents them from seeking an available legal remedy.

18. Changes to These Terms

TacPrints may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, website functionality or business operations.

The latest version will be made available on our website.

Unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law, updated Terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter the conditions of an accepted order.

Where legally required, customers will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

The revision date will be updated when changes are made.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth legislation.

Disputes may be brought before courts or tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, protections or remedies available in another applicable jurisdiction.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be ineffective to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permissible.
