Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

TacPrints currently offers products as one-time purchases only.

We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, try-before-you-buy arrangements or other recurring payment services.

2. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel or amend an order should contact us as soon as possible at tacprintsau@outlook.com.au.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch. However, cancellation due solely to a change of mind cannot be guaranteed once an order has been accepted or processing has commenced.

3. Refunds and Consumer Rights

TacPrints does not offer refunds or exchanges solely for change-of-mind purchases.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including where products are faulty, incorrectly supplied, not delivered as required or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

4. Future Purchase Options

If TacPrints introduces subscriptions, pre-orders or other special purchasing arrangements in the future, their specific payment and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase and this policy will be updated as necessary.
